Letter from the Editors

By Yenée Saw, Arts/Law III and Stephen Klimis, Science (Advanced)/Law II

Now that reading week is over, no longer can we labour under the illusion that the mid-sem break is still ongoing.

Welcome back to the daily grind of Law School! Of Eat, sleep, read, repeat; eat sleep, read, repeat.

And eat sleep, read, repeat.

If you’re anything like me, instead of doing your law readings like you’re supposed to, you’ve been procrastinating by reading the UNSW Law Society blog instead.

Who could blame you? From 7 Easy Ways to Find Love, tips to stay fit, study advice from a HD student, and to meditation, this blog has all your needs covered!

If you’re not complacent with just sifting through blogposts and want to write, DO IT! Contributing to this blog is one of the best ways to broadcast your beliefs, opinions, or ramblings. Be it substantial, hard-hitting law stuff or frivolous fluff, we want you to write for us.

If you’ve got a strong opinion on something that’s keeping you up at night, and want to challenge people’s perceptions, we want to hear about it.

We’re open-minded and don’t censor our contributors – we refuse to leave any stone unturned, and we refuse to stifle your voice. Be it controversial or not, this blog is open to a variety of different values, attitudes and beliefs.

So stop procrastinating on your law readings by watching cat videos! Get writing and shoot us an email at online.publications@unswlawsoc.org, with your finished piece.

We look forward to seeing your email in our inbox.

Good luck,

Stephen and Yenée
