The primary goal of this Portfolio is to encourage student participation in internal and external mooting competitions. The motivation behind this is twofold: to help students establish and improve the skills that will see them through their degrees and legal careers, and to introduce students to other members of their cohorts and the UNSW Law community, thereby encouraging an inclusive and collaborative learning environment. This Portfolio is responsible, internally, for the Beginners, Intermediate and Senior Mooting Competitions, as well as the Open Mooting Program. It is also responsible for the selection and supervision of UNSW’s external mooting teams and the organisation of mooting training programs.
